This poem is in the Japanese Cinquain format. It’s a five lined poem. It usually depicts physical imagery and describes a mood or a feeling. Usually in iambic meter. But difficult to maintain. So taken a few liberties. 

At home
Soft comfy couch
Television on mute
Empty house, Sleeping dog, Mind blank
At Rest
