The winds of delight

And pristine joy

Flood of pleasures

Surged in waves

Colours exploded

In my life

When it was just

A monochrome

You brought so many

Things to my life

The sum was always

More than parts

Pushed me along

In a different plane

And life zipped past

An elevated path

Touched by you

I learnt to fly

And do the things

I only dreamt of

Now when I

Look back in time

I realise I’ve been

Touched by life
