Window
Sitting idle
With nothing to do
Morose walls
Don’t smile at you
Light bulb shines
With a steady stare
Fan keeps moving
Stagnant air
Table chairs
In rigid stance
Like a dancer frozen
In his dance
As I turn around
To gaze outside
Window feels like a
Lively place
Boundless sky
Contained in a frame
Tree tops swaying
Shivering leaves
As a teasing breeze
Moves through them
Clouds keep marching
At their pace
Like a herd of sheep
Moving in waves
More I watch
More I am hooked
Enchanting show
Pulls me in
Dragging away
From a jaded world

Yes. That is a altogether different thing to see and experience. Love to sit on the sea shore for hours. Just watching the waves and the sky and everything around.
