Sardines
As the cliché goes
Life will always find a way
But where and how
When there’s nowhere to go
Stuffed in cans
And pickled in brine
Sweat and tears
Floating around
One can’t wriggle
One can’t move
And life goes on
That’s another cliché
Like a packed can
Of dead sardines

Actually wrote it after reading a excess of positivity material, floating on the social media.
Positivity can’t be enforced, regimented or parachuted into one’s life.
To help someone, one has to understand what they are going through, their emotional responses and their overall mental state and also the problem or the issue at hand.
But then we see a lot of positivity peddlers in the internet providing quick fixes for everything.
That’s why I have written that, positivity has nowadays become a cliché.

You’re right. It’s often known as toxic positivity. Too much pressure on being positive can backfire and result in more depression.
