Essence of life
Preachers told me
Speakers tried to motivate
To hunt for the core
Essence of my life
I tried to find, deep inside
Dug hard as I could
For a long time
But emerged in the end
On the other side
Quite empty handed
Was surprised and sad
Then consoled myself
It’s better to be empty
Than a spiritual long face

Rather discovering my self bit by bit everyday. And that there are no set paths to it. Just a bit of day to day reflections help. Most of the time while taking bath or brushing teeth and doing other rather inane routine things.
