Hiding being the shades

Coloured shades dark and sleek

Stylishly rest on rosy cheeks

Looking uber and youthfully chic

Yet hide away the faraway look

That the world ought to see

In those champagne eyes

Why she hides behind those shades

Is it some fashion sense

Or is the glare of the sun

Just too harsh and intense

May be her makeup is

Not upto the mark

Few smudges faint

She wants to hide

Or is the reason

Not what we think

Of sadness hiding deep inside

That somehow won’t stop

Seeping in her eyes
