Running into you

It’s a pleasure rather

More of a bliss

To unknowingly run into you

On a sedate day

As our gazes gradually meet

Those docile eyes

Widen and blink

A gorgeous smile instantly forms

On your guileless face

In those few, frozen moments

Soaking in sublime presence

I lose the sense of time

And before I could gather myself

Say something, to hold you there

Your hands do a tiny wave

Walking away from me
