These are a few lines about how similar we humans are with respect to food, clothing and shelter but at the same time how different we are, with respect to religions.

I took home a monkey

Playing in the trees

Gave him some clothes

To wear like me

Fed him the food

Cooked for myself

And let him sleep

Even in my bed

He felt very happy

And scampered around

Made a big mess

Of my well kept house

I talked with him

And discussed a lot

From global warming

To the political rot

The moment I began

To teach him prayers

And worship the God

Who gave it life

He looked as if I

Had lost my mind

Leaving my house

Returned to his tree

Monkeys and humans

Can never be same

Ungrateful animals

Without any faith
