Roads keep calling
Journeys exhort
Tell me of trees
Mountains and grass
Unparalleled excitement
Their brochures specify
Speak of food and wine
Dinners and dance
And people a lot of many
One may meet along
People !! I hear and instantly freeze
That’s the reason I don’t ever
Step outside
Hate those glib snakes
That slither around

Sometimes meeting others is the best part of stepping out of your comfort zone
Yes actually I love meeting people, talking and interacting with them.
But sometimes, just sometimes, one bangs into a few which makes you turn away in disgust.
Yup, those are also found around us.
