Orange Candy
While shopping for groceries
They peeked from the rack
With a packaging that was
Nonspecific at best
Without any thought
Bought these orange treats
And to my great surprise
They were dirt cheap
At home when I reached
Put candy between lips
Was transported back
To past moments of bliss
A world of innocence
A life of without care
Where each and everything
Conjured up a dream
