Seeking Answers
Ravenous vultures
Circle in the sky
In search of the dying
Who refused to comply
It’s rare to ask
Difficult to seek
Real answers have
Become extinct species
Replaced by a barrage
Of country rhetoric
We may have questions
But dare not ask
When those who had asked
A few questions
Are rotting somewhere
In open fields

Unfortunately we aren’t strong enough at times to voice our opinions and ask.. very true!
Yes. But then everyone is buried neck deep in their lives and don’t want to take the risks or rock the boat.
But then someone has to ask. So it’s sort of a catch 22 situation.
Exactly! We’re all afraid of something or someone.. trying to toe the line instead of asking bold questions which can enlighten and invigorate us.
