I hope not.
We really don’t hope. But given a chance anyone can display that streak . It’s just the opportunity that is lacking.
I think that’s a very cynical point of view. Some are good people too.
Individually everyone is good.
But collect a group of humans, add ideology or religion and then wait as they start showing their true colours. The mean and cruel streak.
Mob mentality takes over. You’ve a point here.
And I also meant by these lines that cruelty is not a trait of any specific group.
Yes, that I totally agree. It’s not the poor or the wealthy who can lay a claim to it.
