Entropy (disorder/chaos)

Entropy (Disorder/chaos)

It’s an absurd world out there

Worse than what it was

Centuries ago

Things may look orderly

Even perfect in some sense

But there’s a total chaos

On a larger scale

If someone asks where is it

I would say you haven’t looked

Or don’t want to

They may quote the huge strides

In tech and science and medicine

Not noticing the massive change

On societal scale

Ever widening rifts and schisms

And the urge to kill and maim

The others

They may not exactly pick up a sword

And attack their perceived foes

Will take too much of an effort

And time

Time is money folks

Much easier to type and swipe

Sitting on a commode

Multitasking is the buzzword

I am told

That reminds me of law of thermodynamics

And it effectively states

Disorder in a system never decreases

Rather proliferates

As time moves ahead

Think it applies to humanity

Equally well
