Fabrications
When everything around you
Seems satisfying and serene
You might be dreaming with open eyes
Reality cruising alongside
Invisibly
If it’s pitch dark
And terrifying
You might have rightly
Closed your eyes
If it’s agonisingly harsh
You might be an empath
Suffering your boons
And if it is unbearably bright
Well,
It could be a mushroom cloud
Waiting to vaporise
Existence
